TIO Complaints – How do we handle complaints?

When customers make the decision of going to the TIO, the TIO will generate a case and forward the details to us advising who has raised the complaint and a brief description of the reason. Once this is received, Arrow Voice and Data will send you an email acknowledging that a complaint has been received. A dispute resolution officer will then contact you within 72 hours of that email to find out the exact issue at hand. The call is to obtain as much details as possible from the customer of what happened and possibly some options of what they like to see as an outcome.
