What is a handset rental charge?

So you are looking through your invoice and you see handset rental charge?  Those charges are re-billed by us from Telstra. Telstra records would indicate a Telstra rented handset located at your premises. If you do not have Telstra rented handset, you will need to contact us to let us know so we can arrange with Telstra to have the charges removed from your future invoices.
