One of the biggest stories to come out of the recent World Mobile Congress in Barcelona this year was the announcement of Windows Phone 7. Microsoft has really struggled in the winmob7smartphone market with competition from the all conquering iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Symbian.

ULL stands for Unconditioned Local Loop is a twisted copper line between telecommunication exchange and the customer Premises. This technology allows carriers, voice service and internet service provider to deploy network capability to provide telephone and data services. With the admission to this copper line the voice service and internet service provider are able to build and design voice and ADSL service to be delivered separately from Telstra.  ULLs can be used to deliver traditional voice service, digital voice services such as ISDN, also it allows carriers to deliver a high speed internet based on the location, distance from the exchange and the quality of the copper pair.
