Orders submitted to providers. The first step of the order is to design it and check coverage. Once the order is accepted, and that takes between 2 to 5 working days. The provider requests a ULL cut over (Unconditioned Local Loop), where Telstra’s tech goes to the MDF’s (Main Distribution Frame) to tag the lines to the installer. MDF is most of the time located in the basement of the building or right outside on the street.
