Honesty, being kept up to date on progress and a genuine desire to solve any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Pretty much what everyone claims to offer but never seem to deliver.

We are still working through our phone line problem However during our investigation I had poor service from an AAPT technician so Vikesh organized another technician whose name was Rod who was excellent and efficient.
