What is the difference between a standard domain name and a premium domain name?

When searching for domain names usually a registrar shows you domain names are available for registration in the relevant registry, but in addition to this Arrow Voice and Data’s registrant offers a service to our customers that allows them to list their domain names for sale. So when you are purchasing a premium domain name you are purchasing a domain name from another registrant that is an Arrow Voice and Data’s registrant Internet customer, who is wishing to sell it.

What is a ULL?

ULL stands for Unconditioned Local Loop is a twisted copper line between telecommunication exchange and the customer Premises. This technology allows carriers, voice service and internet service provider to deploy network capability to provide telephone and data services. With the admission to this copper line the voice service and internet service provider are able to build and design voice and ADSL service to be delivered separately from Telstra.  ULLs can be used to deliver traditional voice service, digital voice services such as ISDN, also it allows carriers to deliver a high speed internet based on the location, distance from the exchange and the quality of the copper pair.
