A guide to your Arrow invoice – Internet and Data Services

10 Aug 2009, 2:46 pm

If you have Internet and data services with Arrow, your invoice will include a summary of your Internet charges on page 1, and again on page 4 of your invoice, as part of the Summary By Cost Centre and Charge Type. This summary will include your total monthly charges and the total of any excess data charges incurred for that billing period, if applicable.

Page 5 onwards provides a detailed service summary of your Arrow services. You will find each of your services listed in numerical order (or Cost Centre order), followed by your charge details.

If you have excess data charges for that billing period, they will be listed hereĀ first. Excess data charges are billed from the 13th of the previous month to the 12th of the current month. To keep track of your data usage on a daily basis, you can log in to My Account Online. Here, you can monitor your data usage to ensure you never go over your monthly data allowance. If you find you do go over your limit, and you need to increase your allowance for next month, just let our Customer Service team know and they will be happy to help you organise this.

The next section is the details of your data plan, including the plan name and monthly rental charge. Note that Arrow will charge you monthly rental in advance. This means that you will always pay for rental for the current month in the previous months invoice.

The last section details your monthly included data allowance, shown in megabytes (MB). For example, if you are on a 50GB plan, your included data will be listed on your invoice as 50000 MB.

If you have any questions regarding your Arrow invoice, please do not hesitate to contact our helpful Customer Service team on 1300 305 794.
