My Account Online gives Arrow customers online help and 24 hour access to their account information, including the following helpful features and benefits.

- ability to view and download the last 6 months invoices in PDF format

- ability to view current data usage via the Data Usage Meter

- ability to obtain and view helpful reports on usage, call types, call duration and more. This also includes a handy graphical representation.

To register for My Account, please email us at password@arrowvoice.com.au with these details:

- Your Arrow account number and company name

- Your name, contact phone number and email address

- Your position in the company

We will forward your password within 1 business day. Visit: http://www.arrowvoice.com.au/myaccount and begin. Remember: your account number is a 6-digit number found on the front page of your Arrow Voice & Data monthly invoice!

How much is this service? i currently pay $700 per month on tracking my 1300 numbers and i am looking for a way to cut this expense. Am i able to down load a report, it would be helpful if it was in a soft copy, is this an option?
