Changes to Arrow Mobile Rewards points

As you may have noticed, ‘Arrow Mobile Rewards’ points have recently changed their name to ‘Arrow Rewards’. Initially, Arrow Mobile Rewards are points that can be used to receive discounts on Mobile handsets when signing up with a mobile plan through Arrow.

With the change to ‘Arrow Rewards’, in addition to receiving discounts on mobile handsets, ‘Arrow Rewards’ can be used to redeem dollar value discounts on line rental when adding new services to Arrow. They can also be used on line rental when it is time for recontracting your existing services for another period.

You can check how much ‘Arrow Rewards’ points are available by checking your monthly invoices or through your MyAccount page on the Arrow website.
