Domain and Mail Hosting Tools

If you have your own domain name then Arrow Voice & Data can host your website and your email for you. Arrow will supply you with a login to Plesk which allows you to administer your own website and email setup.

To access Plesk just browse to https://202.62.147.18:8443/login.php3and login. If you don’t know your login details then please call Arrow Customer Service.

The main tool that you will be using in the Pleask Control Panel is for your email addresses:

• To create a new email address just click ‘Create Mail Account’ and enter a new ‘Mail Account’ name and ‘Password’. Once entered just click ‘Finish’ and your new email address will be setup automatically.
• To delete an email address, click the ‘Mail Accounts’ button. Click the checkbox next to the mail account that you wish to remove and click the ‘Remove’ button. Once confirmed, the email address will be deleted.
• To change an email address password click the ‘Mail Accounts’ button. Click on the email address that you wish to change and the ‘Mailbox Control Panel’ will appear. Click ‘Preferences’ and then enter the new password and confirm the password. Once you click ok the password change should happen immediately.

To upload your website you will need an FTP client with the following settings:

• URL: thor.arrowvoice.com.au
• Username: <Your Domain Name>_ftp
• Password: The same password you use for your Control Panel above. If you are unsure of your password then please contact Arrow Customer Service.
• Once connected, your website should be uploaded to the ‘hpptdocs’ folder.
