Helpful Terms & Conditions

When signing contracts a lot of people skim over the Terms & Conditions. Here are some of the most common T&C’s which people should know about.

3.1 You will be invoiced for all calls, services, usage or other charges on a monthly basis with 14 days trading terms for payment of accounts thereafter. You must pay all invoiced amounts by the date specified on the relevant invoice. Charges that do not appear on your monthly invoice may appear on future accounts due to processing procedures.

23.1 Where we are providing mobile services, if you use a roaming service overseas in connection with your mobile phone, you agree to pay all call charges in connection with the provision and use of the roaming services, including local taxes and surcharges.

28.7 Data contracts cannot be backdated or altered retrospectively due to the incorrect selection of usage plan.

28.8 “My Account” online administration tool is available 24 hours a day for monitoring data use on all contracts. Password and user access codes need to be obtained. All excess data charges are applicable and payable by the due date.

28.9 It is not the responsibility of Arrow Voice & Data to monitor and notify you of your current and on going data usage. Refer to “My Account” to monitor your usage regularly.

30.1 You agree to accept responsibility & liability for the security of and or access to your networks and related systems. You will take reasonable and appropriate precautions to prevent any violations of your network and or related systems security.

30.2 We do not take responsibility or are liable in any way for any violations of your network and or related systems security, however caused.

10. Arrow cannot be responsible for technical issues related to customers own equipment such as local area networks, routers, VPN, or any other devices plugged into the Arrow Supplied router.
