How can Arrow help you?

Arrow Voice & Data has recently implemented a new system to help us keep track of the products that our customers are using. We call this our customers “Product Profile.

This Product Profile enables Arrow to keep track of all of your services whether they are with Arrow or another service provider so we can offer you some better offers in the future.

We know our customers want the best deals so this allows us to contact you with our latest offers for services that you may have with other communications providers.

In order for Arrow to be able to send you the absolute best deals that we can give you, then we need to try to update our Product Profile for all of our customers. The type of information we collect is your current provider, the number of services, the approximate spend per month and the contract end date. The services we collect this information for are the services that we can offer. eg. Fixed Line, Inbound, Internet, Mobiles, PABX, Web & Email Hosting. This enables us to work out which offers suit you and send them to you at the appropriate times.
