The Blackberry 8800 is the new & hottest business handset with it’s sleek form factor, new look and, most surprising of all, lack of scrollwheel.
A common question is how do I reset or wipe the previous users information?
Delete, reset, wipe your Blackberry
It is simple when you know how.
From Research In Motion’s user guide for the Blackberry 8800 (PDF file):
- Go to Options
- Select Security Options
- Select General Settings
- Click the Menu key
- Select Wipe Handheld
- Click Continue
- Type in the word blackberry
There you are done, you will need to start from scratch and re initialise you set up either from your BES server or via you BIS Internet solution via your carrier.
