I am relocating. What notice do I need to give Arrow
1 Sep 2009, 11:40 amHi All, in this blog I will be explaining and giving you some tips on the time frames it takes to relocate VODSL services.
When you have a date that you are wanting to relocate you end customer site please call in to Arrow Voice and Data’s customer service team to inform them of the fact that you are moving offices and the date this will be needed to be completed by. Relocation’s of VODSL services usually take about 25 business days.
We install a new service out at your new site that will require 2 technician visits. 1 by Telstra to install a new unconditioned local loop and the other by a maintainer to install the end terminating equipment. Once this has been completed and you have come to your moving dateĀ a diversion is put in place and the services diverted from the old site to the new site. Then a modification is setup to move the lines across.
