Monitoring my data usage

Do I get charged for the extra usage or will my service be shaped?
Arrow voice and Data provides an online tools that allow customers to monitor their daily / monthly data usage. In order to access the online tools you must have your account UN and password.
You should click on the following link http://www.arrowvoice.com.au/myaccount. Then you click on “My account reporting tool”. You will be prompted to enter your username which is your account number with Arrow Voice and Data. Then enter the password (provided by Arrow). You may call Arrow Voice and Data on 1300305794 to retrieve your password.
When you are into your account, click on “services” then click on “View usage”on the right hand side.
Arrow Voice and Data monitors every customer’s data usage and one of our representatives will get in touch with you if you exceed* the monthly data allowance.
Arrow Voice and Data will not shape or slow down your connection.
