My ADSL speed is very slow?

There are a number of ways to look at this issue so that we can assist in fixing up the problem with the Internet speed.
One of them will be to do an internet speed test from the following website speedtest.dsl.net.au, once this is done you will need to email us the results for further investigation.
Please note that the above internet speed test will need to be done on one computer only where our modem will be connected to the internet, i.e if you have a network setup which means you have a lot of computers connected the speed test will not give us a good result.
