Relocations on the direct network

In this blog I will be giving you some tips for if you are moving your business to a new premises and require your services to be relocated with you to ensure a smooth transition.

When you are on Arrow’s direct network you are advised to give Arrow about 30 working days notice before the date you relocate to make sure we can have the new services installed and tested before you physically move your equipment across to your new site.

On Arrow’s direct network when you request a relocation a new service is ordered for you and delivered to an accessible point within your new premises and when you are ready to move your services are migrated across.

You will be required to have a technician to install your phone system to the units we deliver out on site.

Arrow’s customer service team will be available for you for any questions you may through the delivery process and after the service is delivered so please call through to our customer service team if you have any questions or are wishing to relocate on 1300 305 794
