Technician appointments for ISDN or VoDSL services

19 Jun 2009, 6:25 pm

In this blog I will be giving you some useful tips to ensure when a technician is dispatched out to your site you have everything prepared prior to the appointment to make the appointment go as smoothly as possible.

Notifications of appointments are provided via email or phone contact by Arrow.

For an ISDN or VODSL service delivery 2 site visits will be required. With the first visit the technician will require access to the main distribution frame or (MDF) to tag the service. You will be required to be on site for this appointment in case the technician requires access. The second visit is the final install of the service. For this appointment the technician will require access to your communications room. You will need to be on site for this appointment and please make sure you have access to both the main distribution frame MDF and the communications room.
If you have a fault logged on either of these services and a technician is required to come out to site you will be required to be on site and have access to the communications room and the main distribution frame (MDF).

If you have any questions please call into our very friendly customer service team on 1300 305 794
