Tips for a smooth relocation
28 Jul 2009, 12:24 pmHi All, In this blog I will be giving you some tips for if you are relocating services with arrow and would like the transfer over to be a smooth process.
The first tip is the timing of your relocation. Arrow will need to install new services at the new premises so you need to have time for these services to be installed. Please let Arrow know as soon as you know you need to relocate.
You will need to have a private technician come out to relocate your PABX and any phone handsets you may have to relocate with you.
Arrow Voice & Data will be in contact with you through the whole process providing you with expert help all the way through until your services are delivered at your new site. And always on hand to answer any queries you may have after the services are relocated.
You will need the private technician out on site when the relocation takes place to connect your phone system up to the new services delivered to your new site.
