In this blog I will be giving you some reasons why choosing VOIP is a bad option for you business.
Even though there are some pro’s in ordering a VOIP service like the price of the phone calls there are allot of pitfalls that you should be aware of before purchasing this product.
With a VOIP service you can have a major issue with security. VOIP is very susceptible to hacking. VOIP becomes susceptible to hacking because you are transferring an analogue voice data into a digital form that is carried over the Internet. This means that it is very susceptible to Bugs, Virus’s and Worms. Hackers already have their existing tools that they have used for years. They just modify them for a VOIP service.
VOIP also requires a power source and is run over the internet. If your power goes down or you there is an outage on your internet service you will not have a phone service.
