What details are required when relocating my office communications with Arrow ?

Relocating office can be a stressful and busy time for any business Arrow are aware of this and have put together a simple list details required to complete a relocation as quickly as possible.

Details required

*Services you wish to relocate : List of service numbers,internet,mobiles

*Services to be cancelled: List of services to be cancelled, No longer required at the new premises

*Address: -New site address including street number and level and or suite

*Request date : The date you wish for this to be completed, to reduce any possible down time

*Redirections Required: Any services you are wishing to divert to the new service address as a temporary or permanent request.

*Special requirements:Unusual requirements necessary for the relocation

*Site Contact: Person we can have listed to call and send confirmation details to with regards to relocation

Once all details have been gathered call through to a Customer service representative on 1300 305 794 and advise you wish to arrange for a relocation and they will take down details or request to have them emailed over.

Customer service will process all details gathered and paperwork will be sent to the appropriate people at you company to be signed and sent back for processing,

Arrow sends regular updates with regards to appointment dates and confirmation to keep you in the loop with the all steps of the relocation.
