What Is My Account?

Arrow have a reporting tool and as mentioned one of the features of this tool is that customers can retrieve their invoices online via the arrow website www.arrowvoice.com.au, this reporting tool is called “My Account”.
When joining Arrow for your Communication needs you are given a password to log in the “My Account” reporting tool. Customers can choose to nominate to have the password changed.
“My Account” is a great tool to use to be on top of you account, with Graphs and up to date information you can monitor your usage for all services.
The “My Account” reporting tool has a number features which include: Detail Search, Services, Analysis and Invoices.
