Conditions to consider before selecting port date.
1. Arrow Voice and Data, the gaining carrier and the loosing carrier will need 10 working days in advance notice from the selected port date.
2. The date selected and the time should be within business hours. The earliest will be 8:00 AM and the latest 4:00 PM.
3. Arrow Voice and Data can not guaranty that the preferred date you have selected will be approved by both providers. We will not know if the preferred date you have selected is available until the requested date is submitted.
4. We will receive a confirmation e-mail with the port date within 2-3 working days after the submission.
5. Arrow Voice and Data strongly recommend a phone tech to be present 30 minutes before the porting time.
6. Downtime may take up to 2 hours.
7. Customer will be heavily penalized if the port date is to be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled.
