How do I set up and remove my mobile voicemail?
28 Sep 2009, 4:07 pmVoicemail can be setup by dialing the appropriate service number depending which carrier you are with. Arrow uses two mobile carriers which are Vodafone and Optus.
Vodafone voicemail can be setup simply by dialing 121 from your handset and follow the prompts. You will need to choose a security code and record a personalised greeting. Once you have done this, you can simply dial 121 at any time to retrieve voicemail messages.
Optus is pretty much the same thing. The only difference is you will dial 321 from your handset and then follow the prompts.
To remove voicemail, you may cancel diverts on your handset by going to settings, phone settings, call diverts. Otherwise feel free to contact the staff at Arrow Vocie and Data to cancel diverts or to obtain further information on voicemail on 1300 305 794.
