How long does it take to port or transfer a number from another carrier
10 Jul 2009, 6:52 pmPorting or transferring a mobile from another carrier can be a simple process as long as we have all the required information to do the port.
The important information we need are date of birth, correct account number from the previous provider, the mobile number you would like to port across to Arrow.
The porting process generally takes between 30 mins up to four hours in one of the worst case scenario it may take up to 24 hours if the correct information has not been provided to us.
We will also need to send you a new sim card as the sim card from the previous provider cannot be used.
