Cleartel Free Phone System

There are a lot of phone companies out there offering small businesses cheaper services combined with incentive such as free phone systems, laptops or plasma TV, with monthly lease payment often offset by a “credit” on their phone bill.

According to TIO, up to 20 complaints a week were received from small businesses who say “they were misled about, or did not fully understand, the nature and operation of equipment leases bundled with telecommunication deals when they signed up to them.”

TIO advised that small business should pay extra attention on the deals before signing contracts when offered equipment leases bundled with telecommunication.
