Change of Ownership Procedure

Arrow Voice & Data can process a change of ownership, when a company has changed a business name and has a new ABN, we will need the details of the new owner of the business, such as new ABN and/or ACN, we will also need contact details, of the new and old owners of the company.

If an account has a lot of services with us, please let us know which services you would like to go to the new owner of the business, or there may be only a few services, which you would like to go under a new company name.

The procedure for a change of ownership is, to send the old and the new owner, paperwork, which needs to be signed by both parties, once we have received it, we can then process the change of ownership.

Once the change of ownership has been processed and completed we will let you know of the outcome, the usual process applies, for a new owner, such as credit checks and standard procedure.
