What is a external relocation?
A external relocation is relocating services form one site to another under the same exchange area, for example moving with in the same building,shopping center or around the corner.
External relocations are a major benefit as this allows for the ability to retain the current service numbers that you have at the existing address.
The work is carried out on the network end to transfer the service to the new site address in a quick and efficient time.
How do I know if it is available?
I order to confirm if you are under the same exchange area and fall into this category is as simple as making a call to your current service provider. Upon request your provider with check your existing address and new site address to confirm availability. Once this has been confirmed appropriate paperwork will be sent out to confirm request dates,pricing as so on.
