Privacy ensure both you and your customers can feel secure that your dealings and information are keep under lock and key to prevent from fraudulent activity against you organization.
Arrow recognize this and have in place a few points to ensure our customer privacy.
Upon dealings with Arrow you will be asked to verify yourself and your company name, you will also be asked a few security questions relating to your service to reduce the chance of outside fraudulent activity occurring.
Only authorized contacts listed on the account will be provided with sensitive information, the ability to make changes to the service set up or other account details.
Requesting Authorized contacts to your account can be done by contacting Arrow customer service. At this time you will be provided with a email address to send through relevant details of the requested authorized contact such as there name,positions and a direct contact number.
