A 1300 number allows your callers to call you from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call.
You pay a small per minute fee to receive the call. There are no FlagFall charges.
Different rates apply depending on whether your callers are calling from a local number, a national number or a mobile number.
A 1300 number needs to be terminated on a fixed line service, but can be forwarded to a mobile phone.
Arrow offers 4 1300 plans to choose from. You can choose a 0, 12, 24 or 36 month contract term.
There are no set-up fees on 12, 24 or 36 month contracts.
The Pay As You Go plan has no monthly fee. You only pay for the calls that you receve. The Pay As You Go plan has a minimum monthly spend of $25.
The 1300 Business Plus plan has a $9 monthly service fee. Calls are charged on top.
The 1300 Wholesale plan has an $18 monthly service fee. Calls are charged on top.
The Arrow Access 1300 plan has a $25 montly service fee. Calls are charged on top.
The higher your plan, the cheaper the call rates.
