Diverting calls on Arrow’s Direct Network
10 Jul 2009, 6:49 pmLast week we talked about how to divert your calls if your lines are with Arrow but on the Telstra network. This week I’m going to run through the different diversions and how to set them up and remove them if you are with Arrow on our Direct Network.
Arrow’s Direct Network is carried via either Optus or Powertel/AAPT so I will explain how to add and remove diversions for both of these carriers. To enter the below codes just pick up the handset on the line you wish to divert, enter the codes, listen for the confirmation, and then hang up.
To divert all calls immediately:
- Powertel/AAPT – Add diversion – *21<number you are diverting to>#, Remove diversion – #21#
- Optus – Add diversion – *91<number you are diverting to>#, Remove diversion – #91#
To only divert calls when the number is busy:
- Powertel/AAPT – Add diversion – *24<number you are diverting to>#, Remove diversion – #24#
- Optus – Add diversion – *92<number you are diverting to>#, Remove diversion – #92#
To only divert calls when not answered:
- Powertel/AAPT – Add diversion – *61<number you are diverting to>#, Remove diversion – #61#
- Optus – Add diversion – *93<number you are diverting to>#, Remove diversion – #93#
If entering any of the above codes doesn’t work then please try pausing for a few seconds after pressing the first * or # to allow your phone system to select the line. If this still doesn’t work then please call Arrow Customer Service on 1300 305 794.
