How to connect toll free numbers

There are two methods to obtain a toll free number, you can contact Arrow Voice and Data to choose from a list of number we have or you can bid for a fancy toll free number on www.smartnumbers.com.au.  Smart number website is an Australian government own website for business to bid for easy and commercial use toll free numbers.  Once you have successfully obtained the toll free number from Smart number, you must make payment within 30 days to secure their smart number. Once that is all completed you can call Arrow Voice and Data and we will process your request with our upstream carrier.  What we need from you is the toll free number and answering point, the answering point can be a landline or mobile service.

We will process the order and on completion we will do test call to make sure the service has been activated successfully.
