International Roaming
10 Oct 2008, 3:49 pmInternational roaming is a feature for your mobile phone that allows you to use it overseas! This way you will be able to contact all your family, friends and business partners wherever in the world you are.
This is a standard feature on all mobile phones with Arrow Voice & Data, we will activate it for you when the service is connected. It doesn’t cost anything to have the feature activated, however different call charges will apply when you are using your phone overseas so contact us if you have any questions.
If you’re planning a trip outside Australia and wish to use your mobile phone while travelling, you can call our Customer Service team on 1300 305 794 before you go if you have any doubt as to whether international roaming is activated. You can also contact us while overseas by calling +612 8295 2444 (international roaming call charges will apply).

Hi, I was reading your article on International roaming and would like to find out more information about how the service works and costs?
My situation is I am going overseas over the Christmas New Year period. I will need to take my mobile with me as I could receive business calls over that time. My mobile is on the Vodafone network but billed by Arrow, can I use my mobile on Norfolk Island? If it works what do I need to do to find the available network? How long does it take for international roaming calls to hit my Arrow Bill?
