Reward Points

Arrow Mobile Reward Points are an added bonus of being a customer with Arrow Voice & Data. These points are accumulated by simply using your Arrow services and ensuring your invoices are paid by the due date, there’s nothing more you need to do!

Each month a new allocation is assigned to your account. These points can be redeemed against new mobile phones when you hold mobile services with Arrow. If you have a shortfall between the points accumulated and the amount required for your desired handset, we can always add the difference to your account as a balance payable in actual dollars.

You can redeem your Reward Points for as many phones as you have mobile services with Arrow, for eg if you have two services then you can redeem for two phones. What’s more, you can redeem every six months for those two services. So in theory, you need never pay for a new phone again! Just call us to arrange and we’ll take care of the rest.
