Business number redirection and exchange base diversion

So you have moved your business location and your customer is still calling your old number well we have a solution for you.  Number redirection and Exchange base diversion is the best solution not to miss any calls.

There are 3 types of number redirection

1. Announcement only – When customer call your old number they will hear a recorded announcement “The number you have called has changed. The new number is “??????????”. The call is then terminated.
2. Redirection only – when customer call your old number they will get diverted to the new number directly.
3. Announcement and redirection – this is a combination of announcement only and redirection.

(This type of redirection can only be done if you service are redirecting from Telstra network to Telstra Network).

So what if the network is not on Telstra then Exchange base diversion is available, but redirection only is available.
