What is Preselection? And how does it effect me?
24 Dec 2008, 1:27 pmPreselection is when a customer chooses there preferred telecommunications provider to supply or carry specific calls if no other carrier’s override code is used. Preselection is capable on all national calls, fixed to mobiles and international calls (also known as long distance services).
So what does this all mean??? It basically means that you can select more than one carrier to carry and charge you for certain calls that you make. For example, you may have Arrow for your local calls and your service rental and another carrier for their long distance calls.
But why would you want to do that if you know Arrow has the best rates for you and for all your calls, whether it is a local or a long distance call. And why would you want to have the hassle of receiving more than one bill from more than one carrier? It is simple, smarter and easier and in most cases cheaper and hassle free if you have it all under the one provider.
So in terms of preselection, the best thing is to select your services to one carrier and which carrier? No other than Arrow of course!!! Why? because we will look after you.
