Arrow Voice ISDN 2 is our basic rate service, offering the benefits of ISDN desktop PC solutions, small phone systems, LAN interconnections, remote access to networks and video conferencing in an economical package.
Instead of one analogue line, Arrow Voice ISDN 2 provides two digital lines over a normal copper wire and, because it is a digital service, both lines can transmit data at 64 Kbps - roughly twice as fast as current modems.
Arrow Voice ISDN, in conjunction with digital phones, small business systems or PABXs, can provide additional call and messaging features. Your telephones, faxes and computers are all connected on the one service.

ISDN 2 is Arrow Voice’s basic rate access ISDN service, and comes with two channels to allow data to travel in both directions.

- Direct Indial: allows callers to dial your staff directly, bypassing a switchboard
- Line Hunt: directs incoming calls to your first free line
- Multiple Numbers: allows you to add up to an extra six phone numbers to your main number and operate more devices.
- ISDN 2 is supported by 24-hour fault reporting, fault restoration within 12 hours and service coverage from 7am-9pm Monday to Saturday, including Public Holidays.
