Earning Arrow Mobile Rewards points is easy. All you need to do is ensure your monthly Arrow Voice & Data account is paid in full by the given Payment due date. Then, once you've collected enough points, you can redeem them for one of the great Arrow Mobile Rewards on offer.
Can't wait to get your hands on some rewards? The best way to ensure you never miss out on your rewards points is to pay your monthly account by direct debit. You can view your Arrow Voice & Data account online and keep track of your Mobile Rewards Point balance.
Arrow Voice & Data offers a great range of mobile and blackberry handsets to choose from, you can use 100% Points or a combination of Points plus upfront payment.
If you do not currently have a mobile service with Arrow Voice and Data you may accumulate your Arrow Mobile Rewards points until your mobile services are out of any existing contracts with other suppliers. Simply move your services across to Arrow Voice and Data on your choice of the OPTUS or Vodafone network on one of over 20 competitive Business Mobile Plans including:
1. Arrow Mobile Rewards must be used at all times with a nominated Arrow Mobile Service. The nominated Arrow Mobile Service will be
a) Contracted for a minimum 12 month contract term from the date of redemption if no existing contract term exists for the nominated Arrow mobile service
b) Recontracted for a minimum 12 month contract term from the date of redemption if an existing contract term exists for the nominated Arrow Mobile Service that is less than 12 months.
2. In the event a nominated Arrow Mobile Service is cancelled or ported to another service provider within the 12 month contract term, the full retail value of the Arrow Mobile Reward will be charged to the customers Arrow account.
3. There is a limit of 1 Arrow Mobile Reward redemption per active Arrow Mobile Service within any 6 month period. If an additional Arrow Mobile Reward redemption is made within the original 12 month contract term of a prior redemption, the new 12 month contract term will be added to the existing contract term.
