Formerly founder and Chairman of Dominguez Barry Samuel Montagu, and later SBC Dominguez Barry investment bank, now UBS Australia. Jim also serves as non-executive director for a number of companies including E.Trade Australia, Nestle Australia, O’Connell Street Associates, Tat Hong (Singapore) and Wesbeam Holdings and holds advisory roles for a number of technology companies, including Cisco Systems Australia and Fuji Xerox.

Executive Director – A founding member of the company, Brend has been involved in the telecommunications business for 10 years and has extensive business, financial and corporate experience. He was the chairman of Design Development, a company specialising in property development and executive director of Australian Digitals Direct, a highly successful mobile communications company. His early career was in marketing and management of Air New Zealand in Australia. His principal role is overseeing the strategic development of the company.

Executive Director – Also a founding member of Arrow, he began his Telecommunications career with Australian Business Telephone Company, Telstra and was Executive Director of Australian Digitals Direct. He has been in a senior management role with Arrow since the beginning. Brend is responsible for the company’s sales and customer service teams, and has developed many systems to enable efficiencies within the company.

Stuart joined Arrow Voice and Data in 2004 after 5 years experience at Vodafone in customer service and operations. He has overseen the growth of the mobile department in the last 3 years and introduced new products and services.
Stuart is currently focusing on mobile data options that may suitable for Arrow’s customers. Following on from BlackBerry, Stuart is preparing to launch and mobile broadband product operating on the 3G network.

Tim Williams Joined Arrow Voice & Data in December 2008 as Billing Manager prior to being appointed General Manager – Business Services in July 2010.
Tim has spent the last 12 years working for key Telecommunication providers in Europe and Australia, specifically operational roles in the Billing space. Tim’s current concentrations at Arrow include number crunching to best represent high value to Arrow’s Customers, and ensuring the Billing, Customer Service and Operational teams continue to maintain a high level of customer focus which has been the cornerstone of Arrow’s brand since it began.
