Back to the good old days where you have an account manager who knows all about your business needs and can help you on a daily basis.
We’re a small business and cutting our costs in this climate was critical.
Our account manager, Brendan Conlon, not only showed us ways on how to save money but Brendan gave us ideas on how we could set up our structure in a more efficient way, hence saving us even more time and money. And the best thing is when we have a problem, Brendan sorts out everything for us instead of us being put through to a call centre who has an hour and a half waiting time!
The other side of the business that’s really useful is that we can have all our telecommunications needs with one company which means 1 bill at the end of the month – yes 1 bill instead of having a bill for your mobile phones, then one for your Internet connection, one for your faxes and ISDN 10 line – the list goes on.
Having 1 bill not only saves us time but also gives us a better handle on our costs. Thanks Brendan – you’re a champion”
