Difference Between Sales and Customer Service
10 Feb 2009, 10:51 amOur friendly Customer Service Staff are available from 8:30AM to 6:00 PM to resolved any enquiries that come to hand at the first contact. If Customers Service are not able to resolve the enquiry with in the first contact it will be investigated or be directed to the correct department for resolution.
Emergency After Hour calls are available by using the same number. Arrow service will take your details and an experienced operator will call you back.
Below are a list of most common enquiries handled by Customer Service:
- Faults – Basic trouble shooting is completed and if the fault has not been rectified a case will be logged with the carrier.
- Installations / Cancellations – Appointment will be scheduled on the bassis of the Customers request.
- Billing Enquiries – Internal investigation will be processed if the enquiry can not be resolved with in the first point of contact.
- General Account Enquiry – All other enquiries will be handled in accordance to the type of enquiry.
