Over the holiday period, some carriers discontinue certain services such as new installations.  The Embargo period does not normally effect resolution or investigation of a fault.  But customer needs to keep in mind that all carriers will be prioritizing all their jobs and especially faulty services.

Modifications and change requests should be submitted no later than COB Thursday the 17th of December.

All new orders (Except ISDN Megalink) requiring delivery before Christmas should be submitted to the customer service team no later than the 13th of November.

Telstra’s Embargo period: Friday the 18th of December 2009 to Sunday the 10th of January 2010.

Telstra will not carry any changes to site, infrastructure or network of any nature unless a Severity 1 or Severity 2 faults.

AAPT / Powertel Embargo period: From the 19th of December 2009 to the 11th of January 2010 inclusive.

All new orders must be submitted to AAPT on or before the 27th of November 2009.

Optus Embargo period: From the 12th of December 2009 to the 3rd of December 2010.

Clever’s Embargo period: from the 19th of December 2009 to the 16th of January 2010.
